Return and Cancellation Policy
Returns
At Huxhal, we are committed to providing products of the highest quality. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a return policy for items that meet the following criteria:
- Unopened Packages: Only packages that have not been opened or tampered with can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Condition of Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or specially ordered for you.
- Damaged Packages: If a package is damaged but not leaking, we cannot offer an exchange or return for such items.
- Non-refundable Charges: Please note that any bank and credit card charges incurred during the transaction are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number at returns@huxhal.com. Our team will guide you through the return process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Before Dispatch: If the products have not yet left our warehouse, we may be able to cancel your order. Please contact us promptly to check the status of your order.
- Administrative Charges: If cancellation is possible, an administrative fee of £25 will be applied to cover the adjustment and necessary paperwork. Please be aware that bank and credit card charges are non-refundable.
- After Dispatch: Once products have left our warehouse, we are obligated to pay shipping costs to third parties. Consequently, we cannot cancel orders at this stage.
